Terms of Service

Kixo provides product analytics, funnels, heatmaps, session replay, feature flags, A/B tests, error monitoring, alerts, and engagement campaigns through a conversational AI agent. The agent can execute actions on your behalf — for example, building dashboards, launching rollouts, or sending push and email — based on the permissions you grant.

You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the activity under your account. Don't share access with anyone outside your organization, and notify us at security@kixo.io if you suspect a breach.

Don't use Kixoto break the law, infringe rights, send spam, interfere with the service, attempt to reverse-engineer the agent, or process data you have no right to process. AI-driven actions are executed under your direction and within your account's permissions — you remain the controller and decision-maker.

Customer data — events, properties, recordings, audiences and the like — belongs to you. You grant Kixo a limited license to host, process, and analyze it solely to provide and improve the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Outputs from the agent (answers, dashboards, drafts, segments, campaigns) are produced by machine learning systems and may contain mistakes. Always review actions before they go to production users. You are responsible for the actions you authorize the agent to take.

Paid plans are billed in advance based on the plan you choose. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

You can cancel any time from your workspace. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, with notice where reasonable. On termination, you have 30 days to export your data.

Kixo, the agent, models, dashboards templates, and the website remain the property of Kixo, Inc.. Customer data, your prompts, and the dashboards you create remain yours.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI-generated insights are not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kixo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.

We may update these Terms. Material changes are notified at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
